A. Table reservations and orders
If you contact us to book a table (by phone, email or our form), we process: first name, last name, phone number, email address and reservation time.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.
- Retention period: Until the reservation is fulfilled and afterwards for as long as necessary to protect our legal claims.
B. Contact form and communication
If you send us a message via the contact form or email, we process your: name, email and the content of your message.
- Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in efficient communication with clients.
- Retention period: For as long as necessary to handle your request.
C. Cookies and technical data
